►All aspects of vacation went smoothly. Only complaint and nit sure why it happened, we originally seemed to be booked on Lufthansa but flight was on United. I know United owns Lufthansa but I know service food and seating are much better on Lufthansa planes.
Other than that I love Trip masters and will continue yo use them for most of my European vacations.

►I would highly recommend Tripmasters Inc for any future vacations. In fact we liked this trip so much that we plan on booking another trip to Scotland through them again as our next vacation (when we can afford to again in next 2 years or so). The trip lived up to everything it promised and more. I`m generally reluctant to do tours/excersions but planning through European Destinations was so easy and everything was well orgazined.
We did a Loch Ness & Highlands tour, St Andrews Tour and a scenic ghost and city tour. All were amazing... I really can't state how happy we were with all. Even the hotel met our standards; the location could not have been better. Planning this trip was easy to as they allowed a 3 phase payment plan that helped us digest the cost of the trip that I felt was a fair price for all we got to see. As I said I will be using tripmasters again for when we can afford to take our next trip and will be spreading word to friends family (already have) of how great it was to use them.
