►All was great until 11 Stafford Street in Edinburgh, Scotland. A beautiful boutique hotel, but no lift! We had to drag suitcases up flights of stairs. If we were aware of this, we would have booked differently. An older person (and we are in our 50's) could struggle or not do this at all. Also, the room was extremely small. While outfitted beautifully, there was no room for luggage, no counter space in the bathroom. Great location, but not for everyone. Customers should be made aware of the limitations.

►Hotels were clean and staff was friendly. Most of our air travels went smoothly. Trip home was an adventure due to bad weather making us miss our connecting flight. Airline got us on another flight to a different airport. Guided tour of the Scottish Highlands was fantastic. Chatted with customer service a few times. Always helped us out and trip was a success.

►I booked a multi-city European trip with flights to and from and hotels in both London and Edinburgh.
(1) I did not receive any of the booking or confirmation numbers from Tripmasters; I had to call the customer service line and wait on hold to get the booking number for my flights so I could check in with the airlines online.
(2) When I found out that my sister would be having a baby during my trip, I asked to get an estimate of how much it would cost to cancel the trip, and the response I received was very ambiguous.
(3) Then, while on the trip, I had a family emergency back home, and when I contacted the airlines to see if I could change my flight, they were not able to help at all because I had booked through Tripmasters (which they considered a travel agency). But Tripmasters was not available at the time due to the time difference.
