►Dunraven Arms Hotel in Adair Ireland was amazing. Staff were so attentive to our needs and the charm of the hotel and location were second to none!
We also loved our hotel in Waterford Ireland. They delivered fabulous service, their meals were delicious and room was enchanting.
Rental Car was easily accessed in both airports
Your staff attended to our needs when we had a transportation issue that affected our itinerary and satisfactorily resolved the issues.

►The trip was fine except the car rental that was supposed to be included in the price was only partially covered - very deceptive. In reading reviews, I saw one that said in Ireland there are additional charges when you get there to pick up the car so I call Tripmasters to find out what they were. They told me there was a $60 fee to be paid to the car rental company at pickup and no other fees. When I got there, I had to pay 219 euros which is about $245. I also had to pay nearly $300 again when I picked up the car for keeping it one extra day, the rental portion of which was 43 euros according to the receipt. There were a few scratches on one corner of the rear bumper, we have no idea how they got there as we never hit anything. Someone may have scraped it when it was in the parking garage, not sure. Anyway, the Hertz rep said it would be 600 euro. When I got the receipt it was for 730 euro. Extortion. The rep repeatedly lied right to my face. In the end, I have over $1,000 in additional charges on my credit card for the car, over and above the package price of the trip which was supposed to include the car. The car rental was a complete nightmare and ripoff. It really left me quite depressed over what should have been a wonderful trip.

Our Observations:

We are always saddened to hear should any of our customers have a difficult experience whilst on vacation.
We have a dedicated team who work on all such issues, and will liaise with the customer and supplier accordingly until an outcome is achieved.

►I booked a one week trip to Ireland with flights, hotels, and cars.

First leg of flight to JFK was cancelled twice on day of departure and finally had to buy a ticket from another airline ($343) in order to make connection and meet the other half of my party. Your customer service was nice but unhelpful as response was only it is out of our hands. Feel that your customer service should assist with my getting a refund from airline for my additional costs.

Hotel reservations were efficient and hotels were clean and basic accommodations.

Car rental was smooth, but expensive, and directions as to where to return car in Dublin were nonexistent. Contacted customer service about how to get back to hotel from car return and no specific help except find a taxi. Basically your customer service is no help once trip is in progress. You just have to figure it out in your own if there is a problem/question during travel.

Our Observations:

Flight cancellations and delays are, sadly, out of our control. We will re-accommodate our travelers to another flight when this happens. However, should voluntary changes occur on site, we may no longer assist in getting a refund or filing a claim with the airline in question. We strongly recommend for our customers to purchase travel insurance to alleviate some of the stress with such unforeseen situations. Filing a claim is very easy, and can be done online or via phone. Claims need to be filed within 90 days of the departure date.
We will always try to assist our customers to the best of our ability with any inquiries that may come about along the way of your trip.

►I was very impressed with the organization of our trip. You gave us a little of everything. We started smaller town in Limerick with lots of sights nearby. Everyone was so friendly! The hotel staff at Georges Boutique Hotel were so helpful. The room was very nice. We moved on to a nice country home in Waterford. The Athenaeum Hotel was beautiful and was in a quiet setting. The only thing I would caution is that breakfast is not included but charged to your room and that was pretty expensive.Finally we moved on to Dublin and Cassidy's Hotel. The hotel was clean but the room was pretty small and noisy. The staff was helpful and friendly. My caution here is that DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE IN THIS CITY!

Tripmasters gave us everything and we enjoyed our best vacation yet and we are frequent travelers! We will let them plan our next trip to Europe for sure!
