►The flights were planned well. All were late but that was not your fault. Once there in Ireland, everything went smoothly. We were assisted by one of your agents when our incoming flight was 3 hours late. I wasn't sure if the car rental company would hold our car but your agent spoke with them to hold it for a later time. The rental car and hotels were good. I planned this trip as a last minute deal and you were still able to get everything confirmed quickly so we had no trouble on the trip. I had called several times with questions before we left and all your agents were eager to assist. Thank you for a good travel experience.

►I actually took 4 days and redid our trip 4 different times to end up with a trip that met my wife and my desires and made it flow smooth, before finalizing and paying for our package. Tripmasters were very patient, not the least bit pushy, and answered our questions and concerns, making it a s easy as it could be to put together a very enjoyable package. Would I make changes doing it all over again? A few. This was our first trip to Ireland and we could only go from all the info we gathered from Ireland Travel Trip sites and asking tripmasters questions. All in all a wonderful trip that we were not sorry of any choices we made or using tripmasters expertise on and would do it again.

Our rental car was very good indeed. It was a Ford Mercado Diesel. Drove well with great mileage. Very quiet and roomy. Just beware of the salespeople at the rental car desk , as they are very good at up selling ( which says they are probably on commission). Driving in Ireland is a little nerve wracking in the cities and in rural areas, as the roads are very narrow with rock walls, or hedges growing right at the edge of the road. However the Interstates and highways are some of the best roads we've driven on. Very smooth with good speeds.

All of our hotels were of the same type. Original choice fro tripmasters was 3 star and reviews were not up to our satisfaction, so we changed them all to 4 star and rated excellent. All of our rooms had a single and a double bed, very comfortable and a full Irish breakfast was included in our package everyday. All were centrally located in their cities, making it convenient to do things in their cities and surrounding activities.

Ireland is a wonderful place to visit, with more outstanding things to do, even if you went back several times. The people of Ireland are some of the friendliest people of anywhere my wife and I have traveled to. We look forward to going back again in the future and would not hesitate to use the services of tripmasters as they made everything pleasant and work seamlessly.
Activities did were awesome, such as; We stayed at the Imperial hotel in Cork. The On hop on hop off double high bus service in Cork. We did a day trip to Cobh. A beautiful town by the sea with quaint shops galore, friendly people, one of the largest and most beautiful Cathedrals we've ever seen. They had several day trips, although we didn't do any as we were enjoying the city and residents of the town so much. Night life in Cork was excellent. We went out for dinner and live traditional Irish music two nights at Oliver Pickneys and their pub upstairs called the Friskey Whiskey. We went through The Blarney Castle, and Castle Bunratty. Both were amazing with outstanding properties full of flora and fauna, which is beautiful throughout Ireland.

We did the Cliffs of Mohr and stayed at a sea side B & B with views of the Cliffs from our front room window. We had a day in Limerick and saw another local live Traditional Irish band at a quaint pub. We stayed at the George in Limerick and had one of the best meals of the trip, there.

We went to Galway and stayed at the Jurys Inn, which was right in the middle of everything and was our favorite area to do our shopping. They had the best breakfast at Jurys Inn ( which was a major feat as they all were excellent). Galway had a hop on hop off bus service as well and we went out to dinner at another pub and saw yet another Irish band. This one was two acoustic guitarists with excellent voices playing current British and US Classic Rock.

We ended our last night in Dublin and went across the street from Hotel 7 (where we stayed) to the Belvedere Hotel and saw Irish Nights with Traditional Irish Dance and Music. They kept the crowd entertained and occupied with their music and dance, and sense of humor.

We flew out of Dublin the next day. Be sure to give yourself enough time to return your car, go through US Customs, Irish Customs, Security and one other line (4 total). Anywhere from three to four hours is not unreasonable to be ready for your flight on time. We flew American Airlines to O'Hare (Chicago) and Dublin direct on a 787. Great service, fed well for airline food, and uneventful trip back to the state with no lay overs. A trip I would recommend to all. Just be prepared to do a considerable amount of walking to be able to do all there is to do.

►Our family of 6 went to Ireland. Everything except the rental was booked using tripmasters. 2 people to a room. I was a little skeptical with so many people in our bookings but everything went smoothly. We traveled around the country in a huge circle so many different hotels were involved. Only one issue that the B & B owner handled prior to our arrival. We had a blast. We'll definitely be using tripmasters again.

►We had excellent service in all our hotels and transportation. One tour was cancelled. I did call Tripmasters and got cut off and was amazed that they called me back in three minutes since I was using a hotel phone. It was quite impressive since I had been on the line about 10 minutes.

The Hop-on-Hop-Off bus we were booked with in Dublin was not running and had not been running for awhile. Don't know what happened to that. Hop-on is good if you want to see everything and then decide but we learned the the taxi's will do the same thing if you ask them and cheaper. If you hop-off and stay for 6 hours someplace like we did, the hop-on becomes even more expensive. We did do another Hop-on late in the day and saw a lot. Wish we had known about the taxi's earlier though.

Other tours we took were very good and quite easy to find.

This was an enjoyable and easy vacation, made very smooth by tripmasters.
