►Your website and service were fine, very good and generally very responsive, knowledgeable.
Our hotel in Paris was satisfactory as far as location; I felt the room accommodations were awfully tiny -- not even a piece of furniture that had a drawer, or drawers in which to store some clothing. Decor and staff and breakfast menu were fine.
Our airline tickets were okay in that they were on time and as accommodating as airlines can be --
Our major disappointment was with the sightseeing services. We had to wait in long lines to simply EXCHANGE each Tripmaster voucher for an admission ticket. That caused DOUBLE waits in long lines on days that very hot and exhausting.
The day trip from Paris to London was super exhausting. The travel rep met us on time -- he was very hard to find -- we had already waited 45 minutes so as to arrive early enough to not miss the trip. There was no place to sit in the location where we had to meet him. Then, the wait to board the train was endless. The train trip itself was fine; coffee and food on the train were welcome.
The Versailles/Giverny trip was the best.

Tours - We are always saddened to hear should any of our customers experience any issue or difficult experiences whilst on vacation. We have a dedicated Post Trip team who work on such cases, and liaise with the supplier and customer accordingly to achieve a positive outcome.

►Everything was so easy and perfect! I made a binder w all vouchers and train tickets etc and all worked like clock work! Loved the Barcelona Hotel (Wilson Boutique) and the Daunou Hotel in Paris but I would not recommend the Luxembourg Hotel in Bayeux!
