►I wasn't too pleased with hotel mogador. It was very tiny and the walls paper thin. One night we came in after midnight the receptionist was already sleeping, door was locked we had to wait for him to open the door. He didn't look too pleased. We felt like we were crashing at somebody's house. The room had a strong mold smell, the white towels were brown. The bathroom had left over liquid soap and shampoo. Thank God we brought our own.
Overall the trip was great, it was our first time in europe and all the details were planned by trip masters with no hiccups. Citizen M in london was great. We will definitely continue using trip masters for our future vacations.

►Air and train travel was smooth and easy. Also traveled via tube and metro. Would be awesome if Trip!asters offered the London Visitors Oyster Card and the Paris Navigo Card. They were pretty easy to acquire it had to research and buy myself.
Hotels were very nice. Check in/out were easy. No issues with the bookings.
