►All in all everything was wonderful and we will definitely book through you again. The only unpleasant experiences we had were with the transfers. The one from our hotel in Madrid to the train station was great - that driver was awesome. However, it was the other two - the first and last transfers - that weren't so great. The first one wasn't terrible. Neither driver spoke any English so there was a language barrier there. When we arrived at the Madrid airport it took forever to get through customs so we didn't meet the driver until probably 45-50 minutes after our flight landed. He was quite visibly perturbed by that. Then when dropping us off at our hotel he couldn't find it, so he dropped our luggage in the street, rattled something off, then said 'bye-bye' and left. Luckily our hotel was only a block away. The last transfer from our Barcelona hotel to the airport was the one that literally made me want to punch the driver in the face. Per the instructions, we were standing outside our hotel (which had a wide open taxi lane right in front of it) 15 minutes prior to our 10:30am pick up. I called the number on voucher to let them know we were ready and where we were standing and the woman said the driver was 5 minutes away. At 10:40am still no driver, so I call back and speak to another woman who said the driver is waiting on us at the corner. I look at the corner - no driver. I walk around the corner and ask what type of vehicle I should be looking for. I see him several doors down the road. Why would he be there and why would he think we should have known he was there? STUPID!! So we run down to him. He's sitting there in the bus like a fat useless slug. He gets out and yells at us to put our suitcases on the bus. Doesn't help at all. They were both large and we had to hoist them up some pretty steep steps to get them into the bus. He just watched with a shitty attitude and mumbled like we were the dumb ones. Then when we get to the Barcelona airport he pulls into the first slot that couldn't have been further away from where we had to enter the terminal. He was a total scumbag piece of shit. Needless to say - he didn't get a tip and unfortunately left us with a bad taste in our mouths for Barcelona.
