►Everything was perfect from the airplane tickets, to the hotels, to the train, to the activities...... Loved the vacation and the experience.
The only hiccup was when our tour guide did not show up at the Eiffel Tower. I called your number and you got right to the problem, which was that the local tour company had canceled the night before but not communicated that to us (or Trip Masters apparently.) Thanks for refunding the tour price. We just went on our own and had a great day, so no damage done.
Overall, we really loved your company's service and business model. We got to custom plan our vacation down to the Nth degree and the hotels and tours were what was advertised. Plus we knew our cost in advance.
Thanks for giving us a spectacular vacation!!!

►The hotel in Aix en Provence was relatively far from the town center so would focus on distance from town center when choosing hotel. The hotels were all good though- loved France!
