►HOTELS - Choices and selection were great.
TRANSPORTATION - Language difficulty with counter service/optional coverages/and verification of existing vehicle damage.
Very satisfied with train transportation.

►Very good experience using Tripmasters. Almost all hotels were at or above expectations. One was below but may have been due to proximity to historic district. After all, how many 17th century nunneries had large room. All other services were on time and professional.
