►The transportation for most of my trips/excursions were non-existent as I paid for most out of pocket... Customer service in terms of calling (during the times of transportation mishaps) was a problem as well (IF I could even reach anyone).
My recommendation is more of a Maybe than a yes or no (depends on what the recommendee is looking for)

►The hotels were very nice especially the Marriott. The breakfast buffets at both hotels worth the value. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Transportation was worry-free. They were prompt, friendly and very helpful.
We had flight delays but that was due to maintenance issues with the aircraft and had no reflection on Trip Masters.
