►Overall we had a great trip. Most of the tours were fabulous. I would have changed just a few minor details with the itinerary, for example, the train to Naples, we would have preferred a earlier train. It was hard to get ahold of some of the hotels, the information was inaccurate for their phone numbers but we looked then up online and got the right numbers.. The bed and breakfast we had in Naples never had a friend desk person. You had to check in at the galleria. Thankfully we looked up their number ahead of time and contacted them when we got there. There was one tour that we weren't happy with and they didn't have the things they said they would have. It was the sunset tour in Taormina. The boat picked us up and there were 3 girls that had been out with then all day. The girls had been drinking heavily and were pretty much drunk. They were nice girls but basically they drank all the Aperol before we got on so they're was only prosecco left, which was one of the reasons I wanted to take this tour was to have a spritz at sunset. They didn't even really talk about the sunset then stopped us off. There were no beautiful sunsets with Aperol Spritz as advertised. They were just basically worried about the pretty young girls on the boat. Other than that one tour very satisfied. Loved the vacation. We had a great time. Flights were on time, hotels were all good and clean. Most our transfers were pretty close to being on time. The trains ran show from Taormina by an hour so we missed out connecting train and had to wait 2 hours for the next one, so we lost 3 hours in Palermo. It happens. Love your service. Looking forward to next year's adventure. We tell everyone who travels about you.

►I have booked with you at least 4 times. Unfortunately, on this trip one of our trains went to the wrong destination. The situation was frustrating and at times frightening. I now await how your Customer Support will respond to my request for reimbursement of additional expenses.

►Overall the service was good. Two issues of concern were, scheduled taxi service from the Rome airport to the hotel did not materialize. The taxi was supposedly there but left before we arrived in the waiting area. We had to pay out of pocket for another cab. The second concern was the quality of the hotel we stayed at in Palermo. The sliding door lock from the room to the balcony was broken. We were provided another room where the air conditioning was inoperable and the room was literally located overlooking a very noisy street. The hotel also requested taking photos of our passports as a requirement to stay, which I found unusual. We weren't required to do that at any other hotel..
