►Everything was great, wonderful support throughout the trip. My only upsetting point - disaster hotel in Rome, extremely outdated and ran down, simply disgusting condition of rooms inside. UNA hotel Empire Roma was truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Also, international flight back wasn't the best option - only 1 hour 40 minutes in Chicago airport after arriving from Rome but luggage needs to be received and re-checked in, need to go through security again, we had to skip people in security line and some of them were mad, running around airport with 2 kids to be able to catch our flight to Charlotte literally the last minute and checked in luggage didn't make to the airport at our arrival so had to come back to airport at 10 pm to be able to pick up the luggage instead of resting after a long international flight.

►All hotels were good. They were in good locations, clean, and quite. There was no transportation as part of our package. The transportation prices provided by tripmaster were extremely high and we were able to take local transportation for way less. I do wish the flight schedule was a little different, as the last leg of our trip was basically only two days since we flew into Rome really late on the first night and left really early on the last day.

►The transportation in Rome was not available and I need to reach out to be reimbursed for that. The hotel in Rome was also not the best accommodations.
The flights and accommodations is all other places were absolutely amazing and we had a wonderful experience.

►A first-timer like myself was confused by the voucher system .
Thanks to your help, and Hotel Granville in Barcelona, I was able to amend the process.
All things said and done, you saved me money, time and effort. You were always helpful and responsive!
Sometimes I waited longer for Hotel to airport transfers than I would have liked, but in Rome especially, the system worked fine! It was slower tan Barcelona or Paris, but the taxi got me to the airport. It's almost impossible to findvtaxis in Rome during rush hour.
