►The hotel in Lisbon was Excellent, Coimbra hotel was very good, the Hotel in Porto was OK.
We had two tours cancelled which was not good, but not your fault. It would be better to know which tours might be cancelled ahead of time.

►The hotels were excellent and all in fantastic locations. We had an issue with the car rental and ended up renting another car on our own but Tripmasters reimbursed us for the car rental amount

►We booked our accommodations thorough you and we could not have been happier!
The LX Boutique Hotel in Lisbon was exquisite, elegant, comfortable and had a great location.
The Quinta das Lagrimas in Coimbra was a dream, the most beautiful place, a 5 star hotel that made us feel we were living a fairy tale.
In Porto we had an apartment that was such a pleasant surprise: very contemporary looking, excellent taste, with all kinds of perks included. We had our Oporto waiting for us and a number of suggestions on were to go, the manager ready to be of assistance at any time, so pleasant.
I can't say enough good things of the 3 places we stayed at and the exceptional service we received in every one of them. The people were not only kind but went out of their way to be helpful, in a very genuine and sincere way.
It was a perfect trip.

►We stayed in 10 hotels in 22 days and everything was perfect. Not one issue anywhere. We ended upgrading the car that we had rented for 15 days to a larger Volvo automatic and we`re glad we did, it was an extra 400E and worth it. This was our or forth using Tripmasters whether renting a car or taking trains, there has never been an issue. We didn`t have to use customer service on this trip, but we did it the past and that was very good. They make planning a trip easy on places where you want to go, not some travel agent picking your cities.
