►The hotels were as good or better than pictured especially the Verona Apartment Hotel. The travel arrangements from the Milan airport to the Four Points, and from the Hotel Firenze to Marco Polo airport eliminated the stress related to arrival and departure, especially the services provided from the water taxi to baggage check-in; completely stress free. Highly recommend if this is a first trip and you are not aware of the logistics.

Only wish that the transfer in Amsterdam's Schypol airport could have been as stress-free as our experience was in Marco Polo airport. We spent an hour trying to determine how to manage passport control after which we spent 45 minutes going through passport control; could have used some guidance there.

The train rides from Milan to Venice were quick and easy once we understood that there are assigned carriages and seats, unlike in the USA. That made the first leg a bit stressful.

►It was a great trip. All the hotels were nice. There was only one minor issue with the Shlosskrone Hotel in Fussen - they only had us listed for one night when we had two nights on the voucher. They kindly worked to get us a room for the second night, however it required a room change which was a bit inconvenient.

Just as an FYI - Nothing to do with Tripmasters - it was quite hot the entire trip and the two hotels without air conditioning were a quite uncomfortable for sleeping in Lucerne and Innsbruck. Maybe note more clearly on the hotels with no AC.

Overall I was pleased and happy there were always three beds!

Our Observations:

We do track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer. That said, should any issues arise, we will always try our best to assist our customers in getting a favorable outcome, and receiving compensation if applicable.
We also do list all of the hotel`s facilities and amenities they provide such as security deposit box, room service, lifts, air conditioning, and so much more.

►Some of your excursions are operated by dishonest third-party vendors. Overall though most tours I`ve booked have been very good.

Should any issues arise while on your trip, we will always try our best to assist our customers. We also do track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer, and, in turn, the travel experience that we provide.

►I would've pick up extra tour if the offered was sooner than a week before we leave. Trip master only introduce the side tour so late and that's probably the only disappointment I have but I think I can see using trip master and I have recommended to everyone. Thanks.

An automatic email is sent to out customers(who do not have any tours booked) approximately 3 weeks prior to departure recommending tours they could take on their vacation, which are all subject to availability.
