►Our flights were delayed several times and luggage misplaced - but that was not the fault of European Destinations. Your sight is SO easy to use and I have already recommended you several times.

►All of the activities were excellent. The hotels were great also.
You website could use a refresh. Need to be able to edit a trip easily before pricing it and after pricing it.
It's not intuitive or flexible in this regard.
I will be back for my next European trip.

Our Observations:

We are continuously working towards making our website more user friendly and updating our product content. This is a continuous work in progress, and we do appreciate our customer feedback in order to help us improve our products and services.

►We had a great experience overall. Hotels were clean, quiet and friendly.

We were looking into options to postpone due to Hurrican Irma and the customer service rep was not particularly helpful in trying to problem solve.

Our Observations:

We are constantly trying to improve our customer service and sales training to get each agent up to the best level of service. However, we do have senior agents who are more knowledgeable then maybe some of the newer trained agents. This is currently our focus and we are working hard to get our agents at 100 percent.
Customer feedback and vacation experience are very important to us, and please note that we do track all of our customer feedback comments in order to improve the products and services that we offer.

►The trip was overall great; your website and app was very helpful when flying and finding excursions while at each location; our hotels Liberty in Prague and Anastasia Princess Hotel Santorini were amazing while the Hotel Tiziano in Rome was a bit lacking (lots of the bathroom appliances were broken and tiles coming up off of the floor. when we let them nothing was fixed. however the staff was very polite and helpful in other ways); the only thing that really could have gone better is our flight from Rome to Santorini, we were routed Rome, Italy > Belgrade, Serbia > Athens, Greece > Santorini, Greece. The route to Serbia was out of the way and our flight was 3 hours late which made the rest of the trip very rushed and frustrating.

Regardless we really appreciated how convenient Tripmasters was and would most likely use it again. We have already recommended it to other friends and family.

We will be passing this information along to our Hotel Selection Review Team for further evaluation.

All of our vacation packages can be modified, in that you can build an itinerary that best suits your needs. The website will display the default option first, which may not be the most convenient, however it will be the most cost effective. We do suggest to further and filter your suggest in order to put together an itinerary that is best for you. In some cases it may only cost a little extra to do this!
