►I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??

►We did the Dennis Florence Rome,Amalfi coast trip. We did upgrade all of our hotels from the package except for Naples where we flew out of. The Naples hotel was 25 minutes from the airport with the 6 AM flight and the Toledo hotel was not a hotel. I would stay in again, however our other hotels were fantastic. We had no difficulty with flights trains excursions it was a wonderful trip. I would definitely use TMs to do another trip.

►Please advise what attractions in those visited cities need advance reseevations/tickets and provide links. That would be super helpful.

►Our trip went reasonably well although the car from Hertz was poorly maintained. Our issues began when we attempted to check in for our return flights on Lufthansa. We were unable to do so using the Lufthansa App. We were unable to do so on the Lufthansa website. Approximately 12 hours before flight time I called Lufthansa for tech support. They were unable to help and told me we would have to check in at the airport. So, we arrived at the Naples Italy airport approximately at 3:30AM for a 6:05AM flight. There were two very long lines for checking in. One line was for passengers that had already checked in but had to check luggage. The other line, ours, was for those who had to check in. It appeared that three agents were assigned to our line. However, one of them was doing nothing because (as we found out later) her computer terminal did not work. After standing in line for an hour one of the two remaining agents got up and walked away, leaving one agent to work on our line. It took us until about 5:20AM to get to the desk. We were then told that the flight was full and that she could not issue us boarding passes. She directed us to an office down the terminal as the place to rebook. We ran down there only to be told they had nothing to do with rebooking. We returned to the desk we attempted to check in at and they could not help. In the meantime, I called Tripmasters and one of the members of my party called Lufthansa. Tripmasters said they would contact Lufthansa and call me back. They DID NOT call me back. When I attempted to call them again, I got a recording. Why? Because Tripmasters was closed. They book international trips, yet they are NOT open 24/7. Lufthansa initially attempted to rebook us, asking us to give them 15 minutes. Then 15 more. Then 15 more. After 90 minutes they changed their tune and said there was nothing they could do for us. We had to rebook tickets home at ~$4600 for 4 people. When we followed up with Lufthansa, we were told the flight was NOT overbooked and we were designated as NO SHOWs. We have photographic evidence that proves we were in the Naples Airport at ~3:30AM!!! We provided this evidence to Tripmasters and Lufthansa. They have not budged. Finally, we disputed the original charge for booking the trip. Tripmasters repeated the false narrative that we were NO SHOWs. We will never book with Tripmasters again (OBVIOUSLY)! They did not support us in our time in need and they advanced a false narrative to our credit card company. You'd have to be crazy or desperate to book a trip with them. Learn from our experience.

►We were very pleased with all the hotels and the transportation that we booked through TripMasters. If we changed anything, we would not have chosen to rent the car. It was a terrible drive and the city driving necessary for the drop off was a nightmare. The better option for us would have been to take the train from Rome to Sorrento and take the ferry to Amalfi. It would have taken longer, but the stress level reduction would have been worth it!

►It was a wonderful vacation. The rental from Eurocar was an hour later arriving, and had some minor damage, but it was not a big issue. All of the hotels were "as advertised and were very good".
