►I have already recommended Tripmasters to 20-30 friends an acquaintances based on my experiences this trip and my previous several years ago. Hotels were great, all transportation was also great. The only issue we had initially was knowing when we could use the bar-code on the printed sheet as a ticket, and when we needed to go to a ticket counter and have them print a ticket. This happened in Rome, where the printed ticket had no bar-code. We were able to get it printed at a manned kiosk in the terminal. Also in Budapest, the station was under construction, and we needed to simply confirm that the tickets we printed were sufficient. we were unable to tell which car and seat we had on that train. The station attendant wasn't very helpful, and charged us saying we only has a "reservation" not an actual ticket. SO she created a ticket putting us in seats 2 rows away from each other. This was easily corrected onboard, but simply asking other passengers' to switch with one of us. This issues were minor as the trip had multiple destinations and locations. We had a great time, and are already planning our trip to Asia for next year.
