►Overall our trip was magnificent. The hotels you booked for us were almost always excellent i.e. right price, services and location. The hotels in Monterosso al Mare and Sienna were excellent. The hotel in Sorrento was off the charts and may be one of my wife`s all time favorites. The hotel accommodations in Rome were excellent with one minor complaint - it could have been closer to a Metro stop.
We were gone for 23 days and overall I couldn`t have been happier with what you booked for us. I have used your services in the past and I will definitely use them in the future.
I just remembered - the driver contracted to meet us at the Rome train station and take us to our hotel never showed up.
