►Advertise correctly on your website about the amenities of the hotel you can select from. Cannot advertise a rooftop terrace wIth pool and view of Acropolis for the hotel Coco- Mat in Athens, Greece when its been shutdown for over a year & half according to staff onsite. So disappointed and frustrated when you check in find out afterwards.

►I felt like using Tripmasters was a learning curve. Customer service during business hours was responsive and helpful However, because they don't have 24 hour service, there were some times when we could of used them, but they were not available. 2 out of our 3 hotels were good. Our first hotel in Athens, was clean, but small and cramped but located in the heart of Monstraki square and steps from the subway. Because of it's location it was noisy. Our second hotel in Myknonos surpassed every expectation a traveler could have. If I could rate the hotel 1000+ stars I would. Our third hotel in Santorini needs to be taken off the vendor list, as it truly reflects poorly on Trip Masters. It was 1 star at best. It was dirty, smelly, and the staff were difficult to get ahold off. The only thing it had going for it for location. Our experience on Aegan airines and Sea Jet ferries were excellent. Our experience with ITA was subpar. As expected due to all their changes we did not make our connect in FCO. Over the course of the trip we took 4 flights with them. The first two flights the staff were rude, the planes were dirty and in disrepair. The 2nd two flights were better with more friendly staff, however, again the planes were old in states of disrepair. I will not be flying ITA again. I liked the app and the notifications from trip masters.

►Commute Air (part of the United Airlines family) is horrible. It was my first flight out to begin my trip, and it was two hours late forcing me to rebook all other flights to get to Greece. On my return trip home, Commute Air was the last flight to get me home. It was 11 hours late! 11! I actually canceled this flight and took an Uber for 2 hours to get home. I will cancel any flights that are provided by Commute Air. They are terrible.

►We enjoyed all the hotels really great but the one in Santorini, Alta vista honeymoon suites was overpriced compared to the quality of the what the hotel is offering but the location was good. Transportaion was great same as the activities. We are satisfied with your website and your trip app. thank you.
