►This was our first time booking with Trip Masters but would definitely book another trip with them. We never had any problems but felt that if we did that they were right there if we needed them through the app that we were given. Air travel Miami Madrid and Barcelona Miami was exactly as advertised. 2 of our 3 hotels were excellent. One fell a little short of service and accommodations (Hotel Gaudi Barcelona). The train service in Spain was great and fast. Definitely doing that again! Thanks Trip Masters. We`ll see you on our next trip.

►Website and services were outstanding. Loved the hotels. Disappointed that some of our party had breakfast and others did not. We all paid the same amount.

Our Observations: Some hotel services might be offered as Room Only which do not include breakfast. The options with breakfast confirmed by the hotel will indicate Bed and Breakfast. A dedicated team is constantly focusing on developing the improvements required to enrich the travel experience and the customer assistance.

►Most of the hotels were very good. However, there were 2 hotels that were not up to standard:
1. The HF Fenix Hotel in Lisbon, where the staff were informed the day of the check-in about a malfunctioning toilet and didn`t approve a room change even though the problem wasn`t resolved.
2. The last hotel, Lusso Infantas in Madrid, was not satisfactory. The sidewalk and street at the entrance to the hotel were undergoing repair/reconstruction and there was no direct access by car. There were no bellmen/staff to help with luggage which made our arrival and departure very uncomfortable.
