►We booked airfare, The Trafalger St. James hotel in London and the Questenberk in Prague. Both hotels were perfect, wonderful service and well appointed. Our son used Tripmasters in 2018 and recommended to us and we plan to use again and have recommended to several other folks.

►It seemed that everytime i was in an airport and needed/wanted to use your app to find out infornation about my flights the app would not work properly. It would open up but would just flash. And i was unable to look anything up. The app was in essense useless during these times.

►I enjoyed our hotels, but our flight from London to Prauge was awful. Please do not fly any of your guest out of Southend London airport. That airport was awful and the airline flybe did not care one bit about its customers. The plane was 3hrs late. The flight attendant was awful. They gave us 10 euro vouchers for the delay and then they did not even have enough snacks to support those vouchers. The flight attendant was rude and unprofessional. I wish to never fly with that company again and if I were you I would take them off of my list of airlines to chose from and also there was another flight at this airport that had to cut like 30 people from there flight because the plane was to small so they had that going on.
When I would ask they staff at the airport about our flight they would tell us that it was delayed by 2 hrs but they never changed the board to let all passenger know it was delayed. I found this very odd. It was like they were trying to hide it from us or they could only handle one problem at a time.
This airport and airline was a joke. When I was over seas I called the emergency line you have set up and I was on hold for about 15min. That was way to long for an emergancy hotline.
Other then that it was overall a very great vacation our hotel locations were great and we had a great time. Thank you!
