►Air, hotel and transportation opportunities were very good and easy to book. I did not like the process for booking activities through your site - it seemed very disjointed and challenging if changes were needed. Service was great when I reached out about changes needed and the request were handled appropriately to my desires.
I did NOT like that your mobile app was not available to me until the week before our trip. This seems VERY counter-intuitive since most companies give immediate access to their mobile app right away.

►Everything about this trip was good and well organized. My only problem was that my car rental was booked as a manual car and i only drive automatic so it was a major inconvenience but other than that everything was perfect. Hotels were in a great place close to all the popular sites. I give it a 8/10
