►The package included roundtrip airfare, domestic airfare, and hotels. I've used Tripmasters for a trip in 2023, so we decided to use them again in 2025. Our initial flight to Istanbul had a departure time of around 7:00 p.m. but this changed about three weeks before our trip. We wouldn't be flying out until 9:00 p.m. We reached our destination of Vienna, Austria at 10PM, meaning we lost an entire day of excursions due to the late departure time from Houston. Next time, we will be more intentional about the airline we choose because the Turkish Airlines route from Houston to Istanbul to Vienna was awkward and elongated our total travel time. Our hotel in Vienna was nice. It was in a good location too. I also want to add that due to the postponed departure time from Houston, my selected seats did not transfer to the new itinerary. I had to pay for seats on Turkish airlines flight both ways. Additionally, we had no issues with our Vienna to Rome flight via Aegean Airlines. Flight was on time, and we had a great experience with them. The hotel in Rome could have been better. The bed was uncomfortable and room was small. Overall, we had a satisfied experience with Tripmasters.

►This is the 3rd time I used tripmasters. As always it was a worry free pleasurable experience. The hotels were fantastic both in Vienna and Rome as was the service. As far as the activities I planned thru tripmaster there was no waiting time to be picked up and skip the line tickets were just that. I will continue to use tripmasters for my next vacation as they have prven their worth and saved me money and time, Thank you tripmaster.
