►I was very satisfied, 2 things that were upsetting was a train ride that the bathroom he urine and feces smelling the whole way. And in Berlin hotel was not good bathroom was very old. Everything else was amazing.

►The train from Vienna to Budapest did not have enough cars and our car #411 did not show up. We were quite panicked and none of us knew what to do and there was no one from the train there to ask. We all boarded the train completely unsure if we did the right thing. As it turns out that happens quite often and we ended up standing the entire trip since our train car did not come. I understand there is nothing you can do to prevent this but maybe just something warning travelers in the event it happens to someone else the will not panic like we did. We were very happy with all the arrangements made by Tripmasters and we would definitely use again.

►EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND WE HAD A GREAT TRIP.
THE HOTEL S42 HOTEL PRAGUE WAS SMALL AND CLEAN. THE UPSTAIRS LOFT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS AND SHOULD BE DISCLOSED, YOU CAN NOT STAND UP SINCE THE SPACE IS LIKE 3.5 TO 4 FEET TALL AND YOU HAVE TO CRAWL INTO THE BED.
