►My only issue was multiple transfers to anf from Italy. In that the issue was compounded by a 12 hour layover. Other than that it was great. The hotel was amazing with great staff.

►Making sure all purchased ticket activities are up to date and need to inform your customers of any changes and if not able to contact thru email then personal call would be nice. Although refund was placed on our colosseum ticket for Rome we missed our chance to see this wonder because was not updated with latest info that tour guide cancelled out. It was so hard for us when we were at the colosseum and could not find our tour guide and had to ask the other tour guides how to find this person or company and to no avail. Due to super long line we could not get in! Hotel Unica Suites that we were booked at Mgt was not very accommodating. Room was very dark and when informed Mgt seemed like they were surprised of my complaint of room being dark. Overall I loveTrip Master as I have used this in the past and very impressed on details and arrangement of our trip.

►I truly enjoyed our trip it was wonderful see Italy during Christmas time. The hotel we stayed was nice but they can work on make sure you have enough toilet paper and towels when you have a room with three people in it . We were constantly having to ask the front desk for more towels and toilet paper. Other than that we had great time and love the location.
