I love your website and how easy it is to put together a customized package. My hotels were as expected based on the photos, basic but suited my needs fine. I like that you have the option to choose either nicer or more basic hotels. The hotel's locations being near transportation was so helpful in moving around from city to city and to and from the airport.
I booked activities through a third-party app, but that was mostly because I was still working out the logistics as I was going along.
I appreciated the emails, vouchers, reminders, etc. Your website made it very easy to plan a very enjoyable vacation.

►The experience was overall a great success. The app for the itinerary was helpful. The hotels were nice and clean. The excursions were fun with very nice and informative tour guides. The train transfers were a bit confusing looking for times and trains that were needed. I was able to get the Swiss train app which made looking up the train schedule more helpful. Thank you!

►I have actually recommended this agency to our friends and family, since we had an overall great experience. Their app is exceptionally helpful and user friendly. I loved that our hotels were booked within a few minutes from the train stations, the only con I have were our connecting flights were too close to each other. I will definitely continue using this travel agency for future travel but will make sure connecting flights have more time in between.
