►Dear Sirs,
This is the 5th or 6th time we fly with Trip Masters/European Destinations, it's awesome!
This trip was 99% excellent.
Very few suggestions to improve the experience for coming travelers:
1. We did not pay attention to some details such as the location of the departure airport in London, in our case Stansted. It's an extremely distant airport from the city, no metro/tube connections. Additionally, the security in that airport was absurd/inconsistent with other European airports (they disposed our toilet items from the carry-on that did not fit into a very small plastic ziploc !!; the security officer told us it was not a big deal, that we could buy such items in our next stop!!!!).
2. Carry-on restrictions: we've traveled previous times with carry-on luggage within Europe, to avoid delays and expedite our trip connections,however we found now (2018) that some airlines have imposed 8 KG weight limits (Turkey, Greece). These airlines did not charge any fee for the check-in of the carry-on pieces, but again, it imposed some delay in our arrival clearances.
Some outstanding issues of our trip:
Santorini accommodation: EXCELLENT!!Very friendly, well located, a very few blocks from the beach, handy facilities (bus stop, ATM, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, etc), really relaxing.

►The hotel in Athens was not in good condition and the location did not feel entirely safe. Ilissos was outdated and the rooms were not very clean. This was the first hotel I booked through European Destinations that I did not like and would not return too.

On the other hand, we loved the London Bridge Hotel.

Our Observations:

Customer feedback and experience whilst on vacation is very important to us, and we do track all customer comments in order to improve the products and services that we offer. We will be passing this information along to our Hotel Selection Review Team for further evaluation.

►We just had issues on domestic flight (from Athens to Santorini)where we can not bring our whole luggage. We were not told about it and good thing we got early in the airport but we have to pay for the storage fee. Flight layover too long and we did not get to sleep. Our flight back to SFO, for 10 hours flight we were given only one meal.

Our Observations: Airlines and Flights can be filtered by a search on our website to ensure carriers according to customer`s preference. A variety of criteria can be filtered such as nonstop or direct flights, the number of stopovers, airline carrier and so on. It is also possible to block certain airlines from the search!

Checked baggage for multi-destination travel varies between International and domestic flights. Each carrier holds a different baggage allowance. During the booking process it is indicated that Additional airline fees and baggage allowances may apply at check-in. This information can also be found at the bottom of each page under Additional Information, Ancillary Fees.

►The transportation - flights and trains - were excellent. We changed our flights so that we flew British Airways for most of the legs. Thankfully our flights and trains were all on time.

Our hotels were nice as well. As pictured on the site, no surprises.

The sunset cruise in Santorini was by far, the highlight of our entire trip! It was amazing! Great crew and very friendly staff. We absolutely loved it.
