►The trip was scheduled for us to drop off our rental car, the day of departure at the airport. It was very expensive and tricky to find a place to park our car in London on Friday night for two days. Driving in rush hour, downtown London is an experience I would soon like to forget. It would have been much easier to have dropped the car off at the rental office at Marble Arch and took public transport to the airport. Not to mention much less expensive. Hertz charged around $100 US dollars to drop the car off at the airport. It was confusing on how to drop the car off at Gatwick Airport. Signs were not readily available at airport and no attendants were present at 8 am. We were also not given a code to get through the gate. Luckily we were able to find someone to assist us to get through the gate.

►Hotels, flights, rental cars - loved the entire experience, but our hotel in Cheltenham was not as expected. Good breakfast, lovely staff but dirty room. And I have never complained about something like this.
