►We had travel arrangements covering 23 days, 5 cities in Spain and Portugal. Planes, trains, ground transportation, tours and hotels. Everything happened just as planned. No hiccups. One tour had to rescheduled to another day and the Tripmaster's crew handled that and notified us of the change. Impressed with Tripmaster services all around.

►Do not use American Airlines for your trips!
Everything else turned out great but since the flight is a part of the travel it affects the overall experience. In this case AA left a bad taste to our overall experience!
Poor customer service! Horrible food, the worst food! Stop using AA for your clients!
