►Orr disappointments began at the hotel your company recommended in Granada, Sacromonte , was not acceptable. According to you your company, it is a 3 stars hotel, but, once we arrived there, we realized that it was nothing more than a simple room with a bed and a bathroom, and not the 3 starts hotel as we were expecting. Our room at Sacromonte Hotel had problems with the plumbing in the bathroom, and as a result, every time the bidet was used, it licked all over, and the floor got all wet, becoming a hazard for us. There were several broken tiles all over the room, and some of the furniture was dirty. The hotel was also missing things we are used to see in every hotel we have used. There was not safety box in the room, and there was no fridge or coffee maker either. The hotel did not even have a cafeteria or restaurant, so, every time we felt the need to drink something or to eat, we had to either leave the hotel and find a place where to eat, or to call for something to be delivered. The people at the hotel were very nice, and it was well located, but location should not be a reason to consider a simple room with a bathroom and a bed, a 3 stars hotel. We were also disappointed to find that Tripmasters only offers customer support to their clients during the day hours in eastern time. Even though we have reserved the sits 7A and 7C on out fly from Granada to Barcelona, we were denied access to the plain, and when we tried contact Trimasters for help, your company was not there for us until 8:00 AM Eastern time. Too late for your company to be able to do anything about the problem. What we have planned to be another great day, arriving early to Madrid to expend the afternoon visiting the city for a last time, ended up being an entire day of our already shot vacation sitting for hours doing nothing other than wait at an airport and finally arriving to out hotel in Barcelona after mid-night.

►Our flights to Madrid via Dallas was on time on AA. Our first transfer from Madrid Airport to our hotel did not show up and when we called they said that the flight information that was provided was incorrect and that they did not have any drivers available, so we ended up waiting about 2 hrs in the airport before someone finally came to pick us up. Therefore we decided to call in advance to confirm pick ups moving forward. Transfers from Granada and to/from Barcelona were fine. We did have a couple issue checking into some of the "Apartments" that required advanced check-in where we had to supply passport information. I was able to check into 1 from the USA so that was OK. But the other we could not get thru to them when trying to call in Spain...not sure if it was a USA/Spain call issue, but I contacted TripMasters and the CS rep called and got the information for me, and I could then contact them using WhatsApp. WhatsApp was actually very helpful during this trip! The apartments were very nice, but I think for ease in the future we will stick with hotels to avoid these situations. Love the train between cities... so easy and relaxing. My favorite way to travel across country. Overall the trip went pretty smoothly. I will definitely use TripMasters for future travel.

►We had a great time. We could have done without the three cities in the south, two would have been enough. Otherwise, it was fantastic!
