►The hotel in Positano was excellent. Don`t think there was a nicer place to stay.

►Hotel Plebescito in Naples had a very tiny room and bathroom. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
Hotel Graal in Ravello was excellent.
Hotel Conca D'Oro in Positano was very good. It would be good to warn people you have to climb 100 steps to reach the hotel. Although they have a porter, if you were older or injured, it would be impossible.
Hotel Villa Grande in Sorrento was very elegant and excellent. Amazing view for dinner.
Stelle Hotel in Naples is not in a very good location except to go to the airport or catch a train. Nice room, but very loud.

►We had asked to have 4 star or above for our hotels and we were a little disappointed with what we were booked. Online they looked great. When we were dropped off at our first hotel from our transfer from the airport, they literally just dropped us off at the end of the block and said your hotel is down at the end of the block. NO help with luggage or anything. There was not an elevator in this hotel and for someone with bad knees, it was a little hard. The bathroom had some issues as well. The shower door did not close, which was good because the shower was so small we would not have fit in it if the door had closed. This was at Hotel Massimo in Palermo. The hotel in Positano was amazing, Hotel Villa Gabrisa. The views were breathtaking, the service was amazing. This was the best part of the trip. The Smart Hotel in Rome was not a `smart hotel`. The wifi was awful, the rooms were tiny, no coffee in the room. The tv had to be reset anytime we wanted to watch it. It was just not as advertised. Would not stay again and definitely not a 4 star. I would use trip masters again however. They were very helpful and the best deal we found.

Our Observations:

We suggest for our customers to book one of our Recommended properties as they generally offer a higher standard of lodging and may provide larger accommodations.
The star rating system itself is developed by each country. A 4 star hotel you would find in the US and in Europe would show some distinct variables. This is why we like to use the site TrustYou, to determine how hotels may be viewed by all types of travelers.
We do list all of the hotel`s facilities and amenities they provide such as security deposit box, room service, lifts, air conditioning, and so much more.
We do track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer, and, in turn, the travel experience that we provide.

►I used Tripmasters.com to book our vacation for the first time and was a little nervous because I've read controversial reviews about them. I am glad I went for it! Price for the whole package Rome - Amalfi Coast (air plus two hotels plus car rental) was about the same as for only air tickets on other sites like expedia.
It was easy to customize your destinations and amount of days in each one.
I was able to print out travel vouchers from their site when package was paid in full. Everything went smooth. Both hotels Art Navona Suits in Rome and Positea Hotel in Positano were even better then I expected from the description. I was offered to book tours and activities through tripmasters and looks like the prices were slightly lower then on other travel providers however I was doing this last day before leaving on vacation and they only allow you to do booking 7 days in advance. My husband and I just came back from our vacation and are very happy about whole experience. Our friends already booked their trip to Italy with Tripmasters.
