►The Crisis Team had to step in a few times to help us get on some missed flights due to weather delays etc and different names on reservations. That is the only critique I had, as we had name changes on our overall reservations, but when we got to hotels or airlines, they still had old names and it was not updated and it did cause a few issues.
But overall, I have loved TripMasters all these years and will continue to use you and recommend you! Still a great package value with flexibilty!

►One taxi driver never showed up and we had to pay $75 USD twice!! Also two tour leaders for city walking tours neither showed up nor contacted us. Very poor communication overall from Trip Masters especially locally. So we paid for three items and never received the respective services. Otherwise we were happy with our hotels but I select hotels all the time on websites traveling independently.

►The only suggestion I have is that the way Trip Masters works, you get an overall price for the package you bought. So I do not have any idea what my flights cost so I can see whether this is more/less than what I would have paid for those flights if I had booked them separately. In business, full transparency is always best.

►All hotels are in excellent locations. No problem getting from airports to hotels. Two hotels were noisy at nights, and the hotel room at Oslo is extremely small, however, I guess it is a trade-off for an excellent location. It is right next to Arlanda express.

►Amazing time, amazing organization, and just a well organised trip.
This was my third time taking trip masters and I assure you I will never use anyone else.
They have this multiple city and multiple country travel on lock down.
Thank you tripmasters.
Hotels were all amazing. The hotel in Stockholm (Elite Place Hotel) was the best.
22 Hill in iceland was conveniently located, Copenhagen star had the train station and Tivoli gardens next to it and Comfort Xpress has a nice rooftop.
Copenhagen Star and Comfort Xpress had really small room. Not suitable for two people on trip like this. Lets just say by the time we placed our luggage down, there was no room to walk. However we made do and had fun.
Everyone we met in all four countries was beyond amazing.
Flights were on time, no delays whatsoever.
When we reached home, it took Icelandic Air 4 hours to bring the luggage to the carousel. This is obviously not Tripmaster fault, but its something I just want them to be aware of.
