►We booked a hotel in each of the cities we visited, and they were great! Helpful staff, clean rooms, good food. We also booked a couple tours through your website and they did not disappoint. For the first tour we had the guide to ourselves. He was great, we felt like we were with a friend. We also booked a taxi to get us to the airport very early in the morning. He was prompt and he was dressed professionally. Great trip.

►Additional details and guidance on trains would be helpful. Especially when traveling in a group or children, details on seating, baggage assistance, and navigating which train station (when a city has more than one) would be very helpful. Arranging transfers to/from airports or train stations would also be helpful.

►We took a train from Budapest to Bratislava and I highly recommend traveling that way versus a plane. Booking with Tripmasters (as always) was so easy. The website is simple to use and we have never been disapointed with the hotel choices. Our hotel in Bratislava, the Ibis, had a fantastic location. (my number one priority). It was super close to public transportation which quickly takes you to the train station, had a couple of restaurants right next door, a bar in the hotel and a coffee shop across the street. The historic district was down the street and down a stair case. Easy as that. Another great shopping and eating street was a ten-twelve minute walk in the opposite direction. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and accomodated an hour-late check out on request. I can not speak highly enough about tripmasters. We have used them on a trip to Greece that included flights and ferries to Athens, Mikonos, Santorini and Crete, a trip to Asia that included Singapore, Thailand and Bali and this past trip to Budapest and Bratislava. Every hotel with all of these trips were clean, easy to check in/out and had a great location. Transportation was set up without one issue throughout. I will continue to book and travel with tripmasters. We've had exceptional experiences with them.
