►We mostly see repeated itineraries on tripmaster.. which needs to change. I think you need to come up with more variety in the travel itineraries.. explore more into less explored countries and make a package.. especially when the issue of over-tourism is taking over in frequently visited countries (which i think is rightly so).
Additionally, I believe there should be more train options for transportation within the country or to nearby destinations. (Of course if available in those countries)

►It would be nice if we get an insight what to expect if we halve an elderly traveller's, like the apartment we stayed in Granada. It was uphill and the seniors we have has a hard time going uphill

►This is my 4th time using Tripmasters . I have been completely satisfied. We had a problem with a private transfer pick up and Tripmasters made that situation good . One of the events scheduled to attend was a Flamenco Workshop. We were not able to attend due to a full rotator cuff tear.
That said we went there and location did not look safe.
