►Hotels:

The hotel in Sorrento, LaMeridiana was centrally located for us in all of our activities; close to the train/bus station, to the beach, to shopping and restaurants. Traveling with three people in one room was no problem, we had a large room with a balcony. Covid protocols were in place to enter the hotel and to the breakfast room. Great rooftop terrace with wonderful views.

The hotel in Naples, Palazzo San Michele was near the train station for our connection to Venice. Again, with three in a room, it was large with a smaller balcony, but it served the purpose. We had a rooftop terrace with views and a nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel in Venice, Ca`d`Oro was near the vaporetto stop and close to shopping and restaurants. Our room and the rooftop terrace had beautiful views of the water and the size worked with three people.

Transportation:

No problems with our flights although it would have been nice to leave from our hometown of Binghamton, NY (too long of layovers) but Syracuse was only an hour away, so it worked out. The high speed train from Naples to Venice was fantastic, Covid protocols in place.

We dealt with Carla Faria to book who was fantastic and with Jersey Arcilla for some questions regarding travel advisories/Covid, both I highly recommend!

►Excellent! The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of the main town square. Perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants.
My transfer to and from the airport in Naples was very nice. The drivers were friendly and professional and vehicles were clean and well maintained.
I have already recommended your company to people that I met in Sorrento and at home! Thank you for an amazing vacation that was well organized and of great value. I really enjoyed the app that contained all my trip information and details. Very reassuring and was able to check it whenever I needed.

►The hotel, transport and trip was a success. I still have not received my luggage on the way home yet.

One thing I will point out due to an Air France Strike I had to change my flight and travel plans on my own as the lady was not helpful at making the change. I contacted Delta personally and was able to make the changes no problem.

►The Grand Hotel de la Ville facility was very good. Their staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were cleaned meticulously, the included breakfast was excellent. The private transportation from the airport to the hotel and later back to the airport were timely and completely satisfactory. The Amalfi Coast tour was excellent. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF OUR TRIP!

The only negative is United Airlines experience as compared to Lufthansa.

►This was probably one of the best vacations we've ever had due to the ease of the transfers and the hotels we stayed in. We will definitely use your services again.

One thing that could use some enhancements is booking some of the transfers and air travel. There are some restrictions that made it impossible for me to book airfare from some areas as well as I couldn't book a transfer from my final hotel back to the airport. It would have been nice to have that service available to me but your website wouldn't let me do that.

Other than that your site it very good and the best prices around.
