►Hotels were very good: Good service, rooms were clean and well maintained. Locations were great. Transportation by train worked out very well. The tours were good. A problem with the Belem by boat: they did not have a record of our booking and they did not have a boat for us. But we called up Tripmasters website and chatted with Imee. She was most helpful and then in a minute Tripmasters was on the phone with the tour company and got it straightened out. Thank you for that great assistance.

►I had a terrific trip to Portugal! Trip Masters made planning the vacation very easy and gave us options to fit within our budget. Our hotels were terrific and in excellent locations. ►All hotels asked me for a confirmation number that I did not have. I showed them the confirmation number of my entire trip (which included the airfare) and they made copies.
It would be easier if we had a different confirmation number for each hotel, like a voucher. Not printing should be necessary, just a page that we could show in our phones to the person at the hotel.

►If you could provide transportation options for the city you arrive in. As far as metro, bus, Uber etc. maps on the app would be helpful. Also when contacting you regarding emails sent prior to the trip the communication was a bit spotty.
