►We were not happy with hotel arrangement in Madrid. It was hard to find and without a staff it was difficult to arrange transportation to airport. If we needed anything contacting the person in charge required having a phone connection which we did not have. And the area it was located made us feel a little unsafe.

►All of the trip went smoothly. Our flights and airport transfers were uneventful. We were fortunate to have on time flights so this didn't cause further delays.
Our hotels were as noted on the websites and reviews. The rooms were better than I expected as I know European lodging is different than US.
I was extremely happy with the ease of printing vouchers and having all of our documents available prior to leaving.

►All the hotels was OK . The hotel in Madrid didn't provide TV with English programs. The hotel in Barcelona had
issues with electricty and clogged toilet.One of the staff was not that friendly.All the issues was resolved
later.
