►The trip was an enjoyable success. Hotels were not 5 star but they were fine. Car rental went somewhat smoothly with the only complaint being the slowness of service due to insufficient staffing. Website was not utilized as we were well prepared for the trip. We recognize that the airline service is out of your control, we were not pleased with the time spent waiting for takeoff in a very hot airplane and the overall delays. We love our service representative, April Styles, and hope you compensate her handsomely for her continued professionalism and expertise.
