►Ibis Aberdeen & Edinburgh and Maldon Smithfield were very nice hotels. The Scots Train was very impressive,
The transfer from and to Dublin airport were very efficient. As for the tours, we enjoyed them as well.

►The Edinburgh Dunstane House was fantastic. A truely wonderful B&B. Both hotels in Aberdeen and Glasgow were subpar at best. Indifferent staff, minimal amenities, and lack of decent services. American Airlines is definitely not an airline to be recommended. I profess and minimal service and lack of basic amenities. Flights were delayed out of NY and Glasgow. The food served on long flights was so bad my wife and I ended up bringing our own food on board. AA staff were unprofessional and spent most of the flight from Glasgow chatting and laughing loudly in the back of the plane.

►Last hotel in Edinburgh was Holiday Inn Express Oceanview. That required a 15 minute cab ride everywhere which was unacceptable. There were hundreds of closer and better options the website should have directed us to.

Our Observations:
We have a lot of different tools on our site that can really help ensure that you have a fantastic trip! The website will display the default option first, which may not be the most convenient, however it will be the most cost effective. We offer accommodations that range from 3 to 5 stars. We also limit the number of hotels we sell so that most of them are basically central and in the city for major cities. Our clients are also able to book their hotels based on the neighborhood it is located. They can also use other filters such as ratings, stars, price, and location. We also have a map when you are in the hotel selection phase of the booking process. Our clients can click on the map and this will come up with the hotels available in that city. Our clients can filter there again and even pick the hotel you want based off of proximity to one of the points of interest. We do understand how important choosing the right hotel may be!
