►I have used your service many times over the years. My old last name was Pistone so you can see how many times I have utilized your booking service. I have also recommended your services to many individuals who have utilized your services. The hotels were all clean and in good locations. They were walking distance to transportation and the service at the hotels was very good. The car we had was adequate and dependable. Due to utilizing your services multiple times and recommending your services a good deal with individuals that have used your services as well. The only thing that did not go smoothly is even though you told the airlines that my husband is a disabled veteran and should have priority in boarding as well as seating due to his back injury, the airlines made no accommodations for us. It was very disappointing and stressful. I believe that your service did tell the agency of our needs however the airlines did nothing. My opinion is I feel that I should be flagged as a stellar customer and upgraded on my next trip. Thank you

►Have more cities in Europe to choose from. Other than that no other issues.
