►The initial contact couldn't have gone better. The agent was very responsive to our needs, offered great options, and set up flight arrangements at that time. She pointed us to the website which provided us with many suggested options for hotels and excursions. The website is well laid out, intuitive to use, and provided all helpful receipts and timelines.

►Hotels we stayed at were as described, except the hotel in Santorini did not have a working television and even after I complained, the manager did not fix it. Room service leaves the patio door after cleaning the rooms in the mornings, I have seen a couple of spiders in the room, so may not bee a good idea (This is for the hotel , we stayed in at Santorini).
I particularly enjoyed the BBQ Yatch Dinner Sunset. The ticket we purchased for the Temple of Poseidon tour, says it includes pick up from your hotel and the tour. The driver picked us up but when we got to the Temple of Poseidon, we were not allowed to do the tour because they said we have to but the ticket. Trip Masters needs to clarify this, because the ticket says for pickup and tour.

►I find it difficult to select hotels in the sense that my lack of familiarity with the area I'm traveling to prevents me from understanding what area I really want to stay in. I'm not sure how to solve that issue though. I would have liked my hotel in santorini too be located more inside of thira proper rather than on the outskirts of the city. My wife has a difficult time with walking and anything that reduces that for her makes our trip easier. We also had an issue with a long layover on our return where we were told we couldn't stay in the turnings due to it being overnight.
