►Overall, our trip went really well and are satisfied with Tripmasters services, most especially your representative Fritz Rosalejos.

Some things I can comment on are the following:

United Airlines flight was delayed almost 4 hours on the way to Lisbon. On the way back to US, they did wait for us passengers to board after a workers strike in Lisbon airport which resulted to long lines and chaos.

The hotel in Fatima called Hotel San Nuno was good and accessible to the places we want to go to. Porto Palacio Hotel in Porto was excellent in its amenities and services. It is a little farther from the central tourist spots but it was worth coming home to every night. The last hotel we stayed in in Lisbon called Expo Astoria was a disappointment. It was drab with poor customer service.

Our Observations:

We strongly recommend for our customers to purchase travel insurance to alleviate some of the stress associated with lost luggage, delayed flights, cancellations, and other unforeseen situations. Filing a claim is very easy, and can be done online or via phone. Claims need to be filed within 90 days of the departure date.
We suggest for our customers to book one of our Favorite properties. Our Favorite properties are typically scored at an 85 or above on the site Trustyou, determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value. They generally offer a higher standard of accommodation and are more centrally located.

►Trip was great. Everything went well. Only problem was hotel Tryp in Porto, the first night they had us in a smoking room. We were able to move for,the second night. That first night was tough though
