►overall, the experience was great, it was easy to book through the website, and the service agent who helped (Veronica Brignon) was fantastic.
The only qualm I have was upon arrival to the Warsaw airport to catch out flight to Denmark, I was told the flight was cancelled which caught my by surprise as I received no communication.
Otherwise the trip was great, and I will continue to book through Tripmasters.
When last minute cancellations happen such as this, the airline do not always notify us. Should we have known, we could of liaised with our customer accordingly and tried our best to assist . Customer feedback and vacation experience are very important to us, and please note that we do track all of our customer feedback comments in order to improve the products and services that we offer. We will be passing this information along to our Air and Ticketing Team for further evaluation.
