►The airlines have become increasingly uncomfortable, the food has become increasingly bad, and they charge fees for more and more standard features. We may stop traveling anywhere that requires flights unless absolutely necessary. Maybe Tripmasters can negotiate better accommodations with the Airlines, both domestic and overseas flights.

►The trip was fantastic! From the flights, train transfers and hotels we were delighted with the services and accommodations in Zurich, Lucerne and Geneva. We have used Trip Masters a number of times and we have never been disappointed! The Trip Masters App was also super helpful.

►Our flights were well coordinated, the hotels were located well, however only one out of three hotels provided breakfast and that was disappointing. The train schedule was changed between our booking and travel time so we missed one train. Fortunately, we were able to get a later train that day. Overall we enjoyed our trip.

►Townhouse Hotel Zurich: Overall, it was OK. Location is very accessible and near to Train stations and establishments. Furniture were old and about to break. Ambassador Hotel Lucerne: Location is very accessible too and near to grocery store and train stations and establishments. Electric fan provided is very small and don't even have air coming out. Also it creates noise. No front desk to communicate with in case there is an issue. Movenpick Hotel and Resort Geneva: Hotel is really good overall. Just a lot of walk from hotel entrance to nearest tram station (approx. 12-15 mins walk). Free airport shuttle to Airport if this is your exit.
