►The quality of the hotels are uneven. I like the hotels in Venice and Florence, but the ones in Rome and Naples are not good. The train connections are great. Thank you Tripmasters!

►Never book with Air France. Rude and they checked in by carry on bags in France said no room on over head bins. Allso do not book from Naples airport very dirty restrooms even the handicapped.
It is day day 3 and only 1bag got to San Antonio.
Lost my husband s passport port in Atlanta where the luggage should have been due according to Air France.
When I call Air France they say I should check with delta in San Antonio.
Missed our excursion in Naples due to agency change of area to be picked up. Do not use world tours. Horrible experience. See our complaints with your customer care center. Wanting reimburse for this trip

►Everything was great. I had to reach out to customer service one day prior to my trip for assistance, and they were very friendly. We moved via train from one city to the next, and it was very easy to follow. Most of the hotels were great with the exception of one (Hotel in Florence), we had some hiccups there but we were able to get through it. I will definitely book through Tripmasters again. Thank you so much.

►The hotel In Venice had bugs. We both woke up to find that we had multiple bites. The female front desk person was very rude. However, the male desk help was very nice . Neither of them were there on a consistent basis. The location was very difficult to find.
