►Everything was better than ok, we didn't have any issues with any of the reservations. We struggle with the train from Paris to Brussels, but it was due to the strike in France.

►I was skeptical of the trip masters website, I must admit. I did some searching on reviews and the better business bureau before I bought my trip. My experience was seamless and very satisfying. I had to contact customer service once immediately after my purchase and they were helpful and efficient.
I enjoyed the flexibility while selecting the package was able to modify flights and rooms without outrageous fees. All the accommodations were exactly as expected. All the train transfers and other travel went without a hitch. I will be using trip masters again.
My trip Included 3 nights in Brussels, 2 nights In Brugge and 3 nights in Paris over the Christmas holidays.

►Every place we stayed was good, clean, good staff. Transport was fine but for the cab that couldn't get to us because of traffic; the staff helped us with info. Activities we booked with you were great. Website was easy to navigate, emails and checking on us was great. Loved it.
