►The Lisbon airport was a disaster. Dont ever want to go thru there again. After being up for 30 hours we had to wait over 2 hours to get thru customs/passport immigration.
The hotels were all awesome and we loved every one. I did get frustrated with you guys over the train tickets issue. You kept sending me emails wanting passpopt nubmers - and told me to hit reply to send that info - which i did every single time - but supposedly you never got any of those emails. I ended up having to call in the information-and I do not understand why you would tell me to reply to those emails if you won't get them.
We loved the trip overall and would happily use Tripmasters again.

►All the bookings, airfare, hotels, and trains were accessed easily and met expectations. The only issue was with the hotel in Porto, which turned out to be a walkup, and our room was on the top floor (4 flights of stairs). The hotel was very nice and service was good, but I would not have booked it if I knew about the stairs. I mentioned to them that I did not see any pictures online about all the stairs.

►I had some minor hiccups - but overall I had a very good trip.
On the way out of SC - my flight was delayed/cancelled and that delayed my departure to Portugal - that was bad - I dont like how United handled it all. Poor communication - and very little given to us as compensation.
Also - the Euro Rail Pass was a difficult to work with and I ended up having to ditch it and just buy a ticket on my own. The pass, when I used it the first time - from Lisbon to Coimbra - stopped working. It should have worked for my second rail trip too - form Coimbra to Porto.
However, for some reason - when I used it that first time - it showed up has 100% used up and I could not get my second trip covered - as it should have been.
Since it was a train - it was only about 20 Euros - not bad - but my Euro Rail pass should have been working.
Zero Box Lodge in Porto is very weird - the hotel itself is ok - but the rooms a weird - no windows - odd.
