►hotels were very nice and service good. The Palace Hotel in Como, Italy was particulatrly excellent and well located. The only minor issue was that the train tickets for the trips between cities seemed to indicate that one had to register or scan the ticket before being ok to get on the train. That was somewhat concerning, as I am not adept at scanning things on my phone. However, that turned out not to be required, and the train ticket documents that that you sent me a week before the trip were sufficient to travel on the trains. All in all, everything was very coordinated and the accomodations were good. Good value

►We booked through your service just about everything: the hotels and the airlines, not cars. Very basically: * Customer service was fantastic. We had both of our flights cancelled by Aer Lingus and in the first instance Trip Masters worked with us to get another flight and had it done within 8 hours. The 2nd flight was even more of a swift turnaround as we were good for another flight within one hour. This outweighs any issues we had in other ways. * The hotels were a mix. Trip Masters tends to drop to 3-star as a default and sometimes when 4-stars are selected they turn out to be merely okay and not great. Our hotel in Milan was very good and worth the 4-star level; our hotel in Como was fine, but much older - the Hotel Metropole Swiss - and it was merely adequate. The hotel in Venice, Ca' Nigra Resort, was very very good, and much more comfortable and well located. * Our trains were generally good though one of them was delayed heavily, and if we'd been given the chance for a longer time between connections it would have been much better for us, and instead we only had 4 minutes to make a connection in Milan with elderly parents. We will use Trip Masters again.

►We upgraded our hotels and had amazing accommodations in wonderful locations. The train tickets provided were such an easy thing to use and so handy to just arrive at the station and have our tickets. We've used Trimester before, and will use again. We have also told many friends and family about Tripmaster.

►Our hotels were PERFECT. They gave us a little of everything and a great experience.
Bolzano ParkLauren was one of our favorites along with Montecatini Palace-- I really hope to get back to that one someday!!!
Ca'd'oro was 'intersesting' and authentic which was good to experience. Didn't have much time there and that was a good thing because it was super small and we barely had enough room for our small carry on suitcases. I don't know what anyone with a stardard size check piece of luggage would have done in that tight space. We spent almost all of our time there in Venice on vaperattos....especially the hours and hours getting to the sailing trip--that didn't happen :-(
Florence was a really good location. no taxi needed, walking distance and so close to the durmo which was amazing.
Lake Come's Villa Flori hotel was absolutely gorgeous (although our room had terribly stained carpet). And they were a bit uptight and pretensious for our liking. Unlike all the other travel service employees at everyother hotel who were delightful and so sweet and supportive to our inexperienced needs!
The private transfers from the first arrival and the last were excellent. We felt safe and taken care of at a critical time as we had never been to Italy and were totally learning as we went.
The fact that we already had our train tickets was a HUGE blessing. It was challenging enough to learn and navigate the trains so the tickets were an added BIG Bonus!!!
We learned so much. And beside the sailing trip that didn't come together, everthing was just perfect for our first trip there. I really, really hope to use Trip Master again to go to England, Scotland and Ireland in a few years (I have to save my traveling points up again).
The emails and phone support was excellent. We had been through 2 local travel agents, looked at large bus tours and been so frustrated before we found your sight from a friends referral. TripMasters was just what we needed to make our childhood dream trip come together.
We really can't thank and praise you enough. We had a great trip. And we will both recommend your services to our friends and family (actually already have told a lot of people to use this travel booking service).

►We booked our flights (from Wichita, KS to Milan Italy on arrival and from Budapest, Hungary to Wichita, KS on departure) and several hotels in between! While in Milan, we stayed at B&B Sant' Ambrogio, which was a clean hotel located about 15 minutes away from the city centre. We were not very picky about our booking for Milan, as it was for one night only. We then headed to Lake Como, where we stayed at the Posta Design Hotel which was fabulous. Great location, wonderful hotel, I would go back! In Venice, we stayed at Hotel Ca' D' Oro and it was charming, easy and perfectly located. We did not want to be near St. Mark's Square, and this hotel was great. An easy five minute walk from the water ferry drop off; and very easy to locate (even amongst the natural difficulties of navigating Venice!). In Bled, we stayed at the Hotel Astoria which was another wonderful choice. I wish we would have had more time for the spa! It was incredible and exactly what we needed after a long day of canyoning. This hotel also had the nice inclusion of a breakfast buffet which was easy and convenient. In Budapest, we stayed at the Three Corners Hotel Art, and again, it was located perfectly in a nice, quiet, clean area of the city. The best thing about the Three Corners Hotel Art was its proximity to the Toprum restaurant which we absolutely loved! We also had a wonderful dinner in a restaurant outside the square nearby our hotel. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the Ruin bars, which was welcomed-- we wouldn't have wanted to stay any closer! The hotel staff were very friendly and booked us our airport transfer taxi graciously, especially with a 3:30AM pick up time! As always, the tripmasters.com website continues to be my most valued treasure when it comes to traveling. My husband and I have been fortunate enough to see so much of Europe simply due to the ease and assistance of tripmasters.com. I tell everyone I can about this website and hope to be booking more travel very, very soon!

►Everything went great. The only snag I had was a canceled first leg. Delta rerouted me through Minneapolis. It has been an issue getting a correct refund of the upgraded seats that I paid KLM for. Certainly not a European Destinations issue, however.

I appreciate your website and your service. I just completed by 3rd trip that you have put together for me.... I frequently tell give your website info to others. Keep up the great work!

►I booked my air travel to Italy, hotels, and inter-city train travel though TripMasters.

The hotels were very comfortable, clean and friendly. The train and plane reservations worked perfectly. Train tickets were mailed to me at the right time, and the TripMasters app had lots of helpful notifications and reminders. There was nothing for me to worry about leading up to travel day, and once in Italy, everything work seamlessly, without a single hitch!

Even before the trip started, I was recommending TripMasters to friends. Now that I'm back home, and enjoying the after-glow of a wonderful time, I know that TripMasters is my go-to vacation planner for the next journey.
