►Hotels were fine however whoever booked our transportation did not think or travel as we requested. We requested a flight from Vie to vce and they booked us on Austrian air. This airline who had to charge us 60 euro for our regular suitcases any other airline allowed. Booking us on a flight as cheap as posable is good for you bad for your customers who have to wait and pay extras for what normally is part of any trip booked. BAD CHOICE ! On your part. As for timing of other transportation choices it was as bad. We had a day in Venice due to times set up to catch trains etc. this was not a vac but a race. I travel a lot and experienced travel agents are paid to advise you of this and other shortcomings!

Our Observations:
Unfortunately baggage fees for regional flights between European countries are becoming an industry standard, much as they have in the US between states. Baggage allowance does vary between airline carriers. We have noted it on our vouchers, but we understand how, with all of the travel paperwork, this detail might be easily overlooked:
