►Not this trip. The connecting flights that was recommended was way too close we were running towards the next flight. Plane had to wait. Flight to Amsterdam was delayed so my luggage didn't make it.
First hotel we stayed in I was locked in the bathroom. Seems like the lock was broken and loose. The hotel seems to know about it because they knew how to open it with a butter knife. Very traumatizing for me. If I was there alone. Who will ever discover me? Last hotel bad wifi and only 1 electrical outlet in room. Out of all the tripmasters trip this was just not up to par.

Our Observations:

The airlines are the ones that establish the minimum connection time, although our travel packages are fully customizable to fit each traveler`s needs. Our system will choose a default flight option first, which is typically the most cost-effective. However, customers can choose to look into different itinerary options, with longer layovers for instance, amongst other criteria such as airline carriers, departure and arrival times, and number of stopovers. We recommend 2-3 hrs for a layover.
We strongly recommend for our customers to purchase travel insurance to alleviate some of the stress associated with lost luggage, delayed flights, cancellations, and other unforeseen situations. Filing a claim is very easy, and can be done online or via phone. Claims need to be filed within 90 days of the departure date.
We suggest for our customers to book one of our Recommended properties, generally offer a higher standard of accommodation. That said, we do track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer.
